I'd like to follow up and get your thoughts on the Bradley effect also. It seems that these so-called bradley effect people would be in the undecided collumn now and we wouldn't really see a change in Obama's percentage but we would see a narrow in the lead he holds.

I don't think a president can pardon someone who has not been convicted. If someone is convicted after a presidents term that president can't pardon before the fact.

Not to mention that when Clinton took office the economy was not in great shape. Nothing like now. But Clinton did prove that you can raise taxes on the wealthy in poor economic conditions and have positive effects.
